Development Applications have become more and more complex over the years and the success of an application is largely dependent on knowing which application is best and the quality of plans and application documents submitted to Council.
We are experienced at determining the most appropriate and cost effective application for your development. We can provide advice on whether your project can be considered Exempt Development (No DA needed) or whether your project can be fast tracked (Complying Development).
If a Development Application (DA) is needed we can prepare all DA documents including Statement of Environmental Effects and co-ordinate sub-consultants on your behalf.
